Atchoum the Cat

So, this an actual real famous cat, called Atchoum. My friend and I have used his likeness in personal stories. And the character is named Garbage (he's very sweet.) So, I did this for my friend, of this ridiculously silly, dapper, cat.

Erwin Rommel, a German General, also known as the Desert Fox. The commissioner wanted the piece to resemble an old photo. 

Tom Hiddleston

I started this yesterday, going into it thinking I’d like to do something faster with looser brush work. I worked on it on and off all day and while it’s not perfect, I’m quite pleased!

Sphynx Studies

Some kitty cat studies. I chose sphynx cats today because the lack of hair makes it really easy to see the twisting and turning dynamics. Very cool cats.

Swing From the Stars - Doctor Who

Last year I attended Salt Lake City Comic Con (again) and Matt Smith and Alex Kingston were there! I knew they'd been invited ahead of time and set to work on this piece with the intent of them autographing it for me.
I made a print of it for each of them and presented that to them at the time of signing. Both of them were incredibly gracious and kind. It was a really fantastic experience.
So here is the finished version before autographing and after.
