I thought I'd post some line art, since I love it so much.
"Rearing Arabian" Boring title. Oh well. This was drawn traditionally with a pencil and 'inked' in Photoshop.
"The King: Lines" Ja'ek Pal'nerick, King of Mirkinae. Drawn with a pencil, inked with Micron Pens and Steadtler Pigment Liners.
"Sausha Carousel: Lines" Drawn with a pencil, inked with Micron Pens and Steadtler Pigment Liners.

Easter Eggs
I like drawing on eggs. I find it super funny to make it hard for people to crack and eggs because there is an adorable little face on it. I sometimes come home from the grocery store and put faces on all the eggs before I put them away. :) Easter just gave me the opportunity to make them more colorful!
Before the color. . . Miscellaneous
After the color, all the scaredy eggs.
All my eggs. :D
My Alice In Wonderland eggs, the cheshire cat, mad hatter, and march hare.
HAPPY EASTER!

Sketches 1
I love sketches. In some ways I find them more interesting to look at than finished work. They give one a window into how an artist works. So, here are some of mine, starting with most recent, done today in about 20 minutes, the Joker, as a request from a friend.
"Andalusian Stallion" From my head one day, no reference. Hb Graphite. I can't remember how long.
"Joker" for a friend.
"Jack and the Goat" Micron Pen, Prismacolor markers, copic markers.
"Hatter" Micron pen, Primsacolor markers, copic markers.
"Excuse me?" HB pencil. Jack and Melody.
"Captain Jack" Micron pen, prismacolor markers, copic markers.
"After The Battle" Original character Ja'ack. Col-erase primsacolor pencils.

Digital Paintings
I changed my mind, more tonight! My three most recent digital paintings, all finished in the last couple of weeks.
I love the new Alice movie! For fun I did this speed paint in Photoshop. Reference was a tiny little screencap. I loved the lighting though so I couldn't resist giving it a shot.
:)
"Sunchaser" New digital painting! Sunchaser, the Unicorn, from the Unicorns of Balinor books that are for 3rd graders. ;) I loved them when I was younger. Referenced from my own photo of a horse by the same name. Let me know what you think friends! Photoshop CS3
"Playing With Fire" This is a painting of an original character, his name is Ja'ack (Jay-ECK) You'll likely see a lot of him around.
"Memory" Another character of mine, Melody. I did a lot of experimenting, and I like most if it, but it feels a bit stiff to me compared to the others.
"My Vertigo" This one is a speedpaint done from a reference of a photo I took myself.

Portraits
"A Thinking Sparrow" One of my favorites I've done of Jack. []:(>=
"Into His Soul" Kind of hate that title. Any suggestions are welcome! Captain Jack, my favorite subject that walks on two legs. :)
"Truly Madly Deeply" Alan Rickman as Jamie, from the movie Truly Madly Deeply. Graphite.
"Depp In Thought" Punning titles for Johnny Depp portraits is really fun. :) Graphite.
"Cillian Murphy" Charcoal Sweep.

Starting Over
Starting over. My last two posts were a long time ago and I just decided to get rid of them and start over. I didn't like my focus, it was too pinpointed. This is just a place for me to share my work and hopefully move forward, wherever that may go.
:)
